Dear guests
Save the Date
It all started with a swipe, no expectations, just two people curious enough to meet for a Glühwein at the Zurich Christmas market. It wasn’t just a date. It was the date. Neither of us was looking for anything serious, but by the end of the night, something just clicked, unexpectedly, effortlessly, and a little magically.
“Joachim, born in Tübingen and raised by Lake Constance, is thoughtful, calm, and one of the kindest souls I have ever met. He is also the funniest and most charming guy I know. He made me smile the whole evening, so daring and so confident that he completely swept me away. I will never forget how happy I came home after that first date.”
“Sevara’s roots are in Tashkent, a place as beautiful and full of life as she is. She is incredibly kind, with a warm heart that seems to embrace everyone around her. From the moment we met, everything felt natural and easy, as if my heart had finally found its place. Sevara has a gift for making the world more beautiful in the way she speaks, the way she moves, and the way she cares. I still don’t understand how someone like her chose me, but I am grateful every single day.”
From that night on, life together has been a wild and beautiful ride, navigating long-distance love across five cities. Six months into dating, in the middle of lockdowns and uncertainty, we decided to move in together, and just like that, we were all in, building not just a life, but a family. Fast forward to today, we live in Basel with our two little girls, Leyli and Amal, the sweetest mix of daddy’s calm and mama’s sass. In short, our love story has been built on travel, late-night calls, timezone juggling, and above all, an unshakable feeling that no matter how wild things get, we would always choose each other.
